The Circus Has Come to Concord!

Concord's Second Graders brought the CIRCUS to our school on April 19, 2012!  They entertained the crowds under the Big Top with a festive parade, a lion and seal show, clown acts, acrobatics, dancers, basketball dunking, and more!  They combined their physical skills, artistic talents, and musical gifts to put on a class act show!!!

 

The Hero in Us All

The Concord Flyer Choir presented their musical, The Hero in Us All, at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2012!  They did a wonderful job of singing inspirational songs and telling the story of the many heroes who have positively influenced their lives!  Their message that "there is a hero inside us all"  was very powerful.  They provided the perfect ending to a lovely afternoon of amazing music!

The Concord Flyer Choir's Percussion Group, SMASH, opened for the choir's performance on Sunday, March 11, 2012!  They were very entertaining!!!

 

Concord's 5th Graders Present: "Rock 'n Roll Forever!"

The crowds continued to enjoy "Concord's Afternoon of Music" at Lindbergh High School as the 5th Graders took the stage at 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, March 11, 2012!  They entertained their families and friends with the music of Elvis Presley, The Beach Boys, Little Richard, and the Beatles in the musical revue, "Rock 'n Roll Forever!"
