1st Grade Students Enjoy Mozart's Opera, "The Magic Flute" at Powell Symphony Hall

On February 8, Concord's 1st Graders enjoyed an awesome musical experience at Powell Symphony Hall. They saw and heard a wonderful performance of Mozart's Opera, "The Magic Flute." The opera singers in their elaborate costumes and the beautiful music together told a delightful tale that wowed our students!

4th Graders Enjoy "The Sonic Safari" at the Sheldon Concert Hall

On February 1, Concord's 4th Graders enjoyed the music of Africa at a concert called "The Sonic Safari" at the Sheldon Concert Hall. The experience was educational, entertaining, and interactive. Students gained an appreciation for this genre of music!

Concord 5th Graders Bring Joy to Senior Citizens

On December 14, 2011, Concord's 5th Graders visited residents of Delmar Gardens at Meramec Valley and Friendship Village. The students sang several uplifting, fun, holiday songs for the senior citizens at each place. Following each program, they delivered cards they had made and visited with the residents. Concord 5th graders brought a lot of joy to the seniors this day!!!!
