It's Showtime!





Concord’s 2012 Spring Musicals will be held at Lindbergh High School's Auditorium this Sunday, March 11th!

First graders present "The Barnyard Moosical" at 2:00 p.m. They meet in the lobby in costumes, ready to go, at 1:45 p.m. (Mrs. Boyd’s students dress as pigs. Mrs. Evan’s students dress as chickens. Mrs. Russell’s students dress as cows. Mrs. Joiner’s students dress as goats.)

Third graders present "I Need a Vacation!" at 3:00 p.m. Students report to lobby at 2:45 p.m. (Miss Keutzer’s students dress in vacation clothes. Mrs. Joy’s students dress in beach clothes. Mrs. Keutzer’s students dress in camp clothes. Mrs. Staetter’s students dress in summer clothes they would wear to an amusement park. Some dancers also wear fishing or baseball hats.)

Fifth Graders Present "Rock ‘n Roll Forever" at 4:00 p.m. Students report to lobby at 3:45 p.m. (A Day and C Day students wear 50’s clothes. B Day students wear Hawaiian or beach clothes. D Day students wear 60’s clothes. Some students dress as Beach Boys, Beatles, Elvis, and other famous rock ‘n roll stars.)
Concord Flyer Choir Presents "The Hero in Us All" at 5:00 p.m. Students report to lobby at 4:45 p.m. (Choir members wear choir shirts and black pants.)

All students brought home notes about costumes and lyrics in January, and they brought home permission slips with scripts or dancing parts last week. All permission slips need to be returned to school. Lyrics and lines should be memorized. We’ve been working hard on our musicals this quarter, and we are ready for SHOWTIME this Sunday! This will be a great day of music!!!!!!!
